Refund policy

Cancellations and changes
You can change or cancel your order before the monthly order deadline by contacting us at hello@untamedacres.ca or 780-871-2702. After the deadline, we've already purchased ingredients for your meals, so we can't offer refunds on cancelled orders.

Payment
Orders paid by e-transfer must be paid by 'order deadline'. Unpaid orders will be cancelled, but we'll always send a reminder first.

Returns
Because our meals are food, we can't accept returns.

If something isn't right
If a meal is missing, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number (and a photo if you can). We'll make it right with a replacement or a credit on your next order.
